How much is shipping?
In order to bring you the most competitive postage costs, we use integrated, set (weight based) pricing to calculate UK (Domestic) shipping prices, taking into account item sizes and packaging weights.

Do you ship outside the UK
YES! We can ship outside of the UK, international shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Please be aware that some destinations may be subject to import and customs taxes. As a small, independently owned business we are currently unable to collect these taxes and payment of these will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receiving. All goods bought by customers outside of the UK will be sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and where applicable these fees will be payable by the customer, if unpaid the item will be sent back to the seller with no refund to be issued.

What postage service do you use?
All orders within the UK are currently shipped with Hermes UK tracked service with contactless drop off.
International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail international tracked service. See Royal Mail International Tracked Postage costs here.
Where is my order?
Following dispatch, tracking information will be sent directly to your email and we will keep all receipts for your peace of mind until we can see the order has been safely delivered. If you have trouble accessing the relevant tracking service feel free to contact us for assistance!
I'm buying a handmade item how long will it take to be made?
This really depends on the item, some items are 'ready-to-ship', whereas made to order/custom items have a general turnover time of 7 - 10 working days. Please see individual listings for more details
Why handmade/made to order?
All handmade items are completely unique, created using authentic vintage/deadstock materials and genuine vintage sewing patterns. Although you may have to wait a little longer for made to order items, this is a highly sustainable approach and helps to minimise fabric waste
